our process.

Our projects come to us in various different ways. Sometimes we're looking for them, sometimes a property owner contacts us to remove a structure from their property, and sometimes we just happen upon them by accident. We take a look at the bones, assess the potential to either be re-built or utilized for materials, and if it meets our requirements for age, quality, and character, then it's game on!

ABOUT

1700s Cabin

WINDSOR, PA

This cabin was a rare gem to come across. Hand hewn beams, handmade nails, and two stories tall. We traveled to Pennsylvania for this one and it was one of our favorite takedowns to date!

1800s HOP BARN

CAZENOVIA, NY

The barn that started it all. This was our first takedown back in 2014. It was located on the Holmes farm in Cazenovia. It's said to be the oldest hop kiln in the county.

CONTACT

1800s BLACKSMITH SHOP

HAMILTON, NY

THIS BARN WAS LOCATED ON MAPLE AVE. RIGHT IN THE HEART OF HAMILTON. IT WAS BEING UTILIZED AS A GARAGE TO A HOME BUT AFTER SOME RESEARCH, WE DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS THE ORIGINAL BLACKSMITH SHOP OF HAMILTON.
